Recently remodeled, this 2-bed/1-bath vacation rental is located in the heart of Boise's treasured North-End neighborhood. It  features quality furniture and furnishings, fully-stocked kitchen, comfy beds and plush linen. 

Across the street, you will find the iconic Boise Co-Op and Wine Shop (perfect for healthy grab-n-go dinners, groceries, or vino) classic neighborhood restaurants, and a Boise Green-Bike Share station.  

Amenities include a spacious deck (great 

for Northend people-watching), a reserved and covered parking spot, onsite laundry facility, covered bike storage, free WiFi and cable TV.

Given the price of night’s hotel stay, it’s no wonder short-term rentals continue to gain popularity.  A single hotel room, walkable to downtown Boise, can run upwards of $275 per night.

Our nightly rate, for a 2-bedroom condo, varies between $135 and $195 per night, depending on the # of nights, # of guests, peak or off-season, etc.  We’re also happy to accommodate extended stay renters.  (Rental rates are subject to sales and lodging taxes.)

We prefer a 3-night minimum stay but will consider 2-night stays that are booked no more than 2 weeks out.  We love kids and pets, but our condo is probably not suitable for either.
