Recently remodeled, this 1-bed/1-bath single-level vacation rental is located in the heart of Boise's treasured North-End neighborhood. It  features quality furniture and furnishings, fully-stocked kitchen, comfy beds and plush linen. 

Just a short walk away, you'll find the iconic Hyde Park area with classic coffee shops, a variety of restaurants and unique shops.  If hiking or biking is on your weekend agenda,  Camelsback Park and the Ridge-to-Rivers Trail System are both just minutes from the front door.

Amenities include a well-stocked 'cooks kitchen',  private outdoor patio...perfect for coffee or cocktails, reserved parking and free street parking, 50" Roku enabled TV, and wicked fast internet.

Given the price of night’s hotel stay, it’s no wonder short-term rentals continue to gain popularity.  A single hotel room, walkable to downtown Boise, can run upwards of $275 per night.
      

Our nightly rate, for a 1-bedroom suite, varies between $85 and $145 per night, depending on the # of nights, # of guests, peak or off-season, etc.  We’re also happy to accommodate extended stay renters.  (Rental rates are subject to sales and lodging taxes.)

We prefer a 2-night minimum stay for up to two adults or teenagers.  We love young kids and pets, but our space is not suitable for either.
